Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The return request must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order
- The product must be in its original packaging
- The product must not be damaged due to misuse or neglect
- All accessories and documentation must be included
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:

- Include your order number and reason for the return
- Wait for our team to provide you with return instructions and a return authorization
- Ship the product back to the address provided
Important: Please do not send products back without first receiving return authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company's processing times.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:

- Shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error)
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at lioncare17@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, which may include sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
